When something stalls, identify the stage before taking the next step
Help for a first order, a pending payment, a warehouse decision or a parcel that needs attention.
Help with a specific stage
| Problem | Next action |
|---|---|
| Cannot order a find | Keep the seller URL and selected variant; use the search and variant steps, then ask account support about the link. |
| Payment not credited | Check provider status and account history; send transaction number, time, method, amount and currency to official account support. |
| Wrong item or damage in QC | Keep listing and photo evidence; open the eligible return request before its deadline. See warehouse decisions. |
| Tracking or delivery problem | Keep parcel ID, carrier record, label and photographs; request an investigation and confirm the route’s claim deadline. |
Open help through the official Oopbuy account. This guide has no access to orders or money and cannot release a payment.
Build a useful support message
State the order or parcel ID, what should have happened, what actually happened, and the action you need. Attach the relevant payment confirmation or item photos. Redact card numbers, passwords, codes and unrelated transactions.
For example: “Order [ID] selected size M; the attached warehouse label shows L. Please confirm return eligibility and the request deadline before shipment.” Keep the reply and case number with your original evidence.
For unauthorised transactions or a payment dispute, contact your bank or provider promptly and ask about its deadlines. An agent account restriction is not a reason to abandon a valid claim or cancel one without understanding the consequences.

Glossary: QC, GL, RL and the payment language
- QC
- Warehouse inspection and photographs; scope is limited.
- GL / RL
- Community “green light” / “red light”: an opinion to accept or reject an item, not an official guarantee.
- Recharge / top-up
- Funding the agent balance. Credited balance may differ from the payment provider’s debit.
- Supplement
- A requested extra payment, such as a seller or domestic freight difference; ask what changed.
- Chargeable weight
- The route’s weight basis, potentially affected by packed dimensions.
- Waybill
- The parcel shipment record, including destination and tracking details.
Frequently asked questions
Does the first payment include UK shipping?
No. The first payment normally covers the item and domestic delivery inside China. International parcel freight and selected warehouse services are settled later. Check the live order lines.
Does QC prove a product is authentic or working?
No. Photos and basic incoming checks show limited visible evidence. They do not establish authenticity, fit, electrical function or product safety. Request a specific additional check and confirm whether it is offered.
Can I wait 90 days before deciding on a return?
No. Storage and returns have different conditions. The reviewed return policy has a conditional five-day / 120-hour window; check the item deadline, seller eligibility and resale condition immediately.
Which PayPal percentage will I actually pay?
The preserved 15 October observations contain 4.5% plus $0.30 and 3.7% plus $0.30 on different pages. They are dated examples. The payment provider’s current debit, fees and credited balance need checking before confirmation.
Can I use Klarna from the UK?
The historical Oopbuy help page uses US eligibility wording. It does not establish availability for a UK account. Check the provider and payment choices currently offered to your own account.
A top-up is pending. Should I send it again?
First check the provider status, Oopbuy balance and transaction reference. Contact official account support with those details. A pending or reviewed payment can still settle, so a second transfer could duplicate it.
